Handwashing Rental Terms in Ortonville, MN 56278

Last Updated: 11/4/2026

What Our Handwashing Station Rental Covers

Last updated: November 2026

MN Toilet Pros provides hand wash station rentals in Ortonville and nearby areas as described in the written quote or order. The agreed service may include the station, delivery, placement, pickup, and servicing if those items are listed.

Customers must provide a suitable, accessible placement area and tell us about site conditions that could affect delivery or use. Rental does not automatically include plumbing work, permits, attendants, event staffing, repairs to customer property, or disposal of wastewater.

Those items require a separate written agreement. Wastewater must go to an approved sanitary sewer or be handled by an authorized hauler.

Customers are responsible for checking local permit needs, including with the relevant Minnesota plumbing jurisdiction and the City of Ortonville when applicable. Workplace and construction sanitation rules may apply under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 and 1926.51.

Food service, accessibility, and event requirements may also apply under Minnesota Rules Chapter 4626, the 2010 ADA Standards, and applicable city, county, state, or federal rules. Confirm requirements with the Minnesota Department of Health, Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, or other responsible agency.

Booking Dates, Changes, and Cancellations

We schedule delivery, service visits, and pickup with the customer using the dates and site details in the approved order. A booking is not confirmed until MN Toilet Pros accepts it and communicates the schedule.

Customers should give as much notice as possible to request a date change or cancellation. Any cancellation charges or deadlines will be stated in the quote or order; if none are stated, contact us promptly to discuss the request.

Weather, road access, equipment availability, or unsafe site conditions may require a schedule adjustment. We will contact the customer about a change and discuss the next available option.

Tell us before delivery if the location, access route, station count, rental period, or intended use changes. A change that affects equipment, labor, travel, or timing requires approval and may change the quoted amount.

We will not treat added work as approved unless the customer agrees to it. The customer must ensure someone can provide access at the scheduled time and that the delivery area is ready.

Quotes, Charges, and Payment Terms

A quote is based on the information provided, including station quantity, rental dates, delivery location, access, and requested services. It may change if those details are incomplete or later revised.

The written quote or order will identify the agreed equipment, included work, charges, and payment timing. No specific price or service is promised until MN Toilet Pros provides and the customer accepts that written information.

Payment is due according to the timing stated in the accepted quote or order. If the document does not say when payment is due, ask us to clarify before booking.

Additional work, extra rental time, or a changed delivery plan must be approved by the customer before it is added, and may result in additional charges. Any such change should be recorded in writing.

The customer remains responsible for charges agreed to in the order, including applicable delivery or service fees disclosed there. Contact us promptly if an invoice appears inconsistent with the approved quote so we can review it.

Equipment Condition and Warranty Coverage

MN Toilet Pros will provide the rental equipment and any included work described in the accepted quote or order. These terms do not create a separate workmanship warranty, promise a particular operating duration, or establish a warranty period that is not stated in writing.

Any equipment warranty or service commitment applies only if it is expressly included in the customer’s written order. Customers should inspect the station when it is delivered and contact us promptly if it appears damaged, incomplete, or different from what was agreed.

Do not attempt repairs or alter equipment without our approval. Coverage for a problem may not apply if damage or malfunction results from misuse, unauthorized changes, vandalism, unsuitable placement, neglect, or conditions outside our control.

This paragraph does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived. If a written quote or order provides different warranty terms, those specific terms govern the covered equipment or work.

For questions about an issue during the rental, use the contact details below and include the service address and order information.

Responsibility for Site Risks and Losses

To the extent permitted by law, MN Toilet Pros’ responsibility for a claim related to the rental or service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, undisclosed underground or overhead hazards, customer property defects, or problems caused by a customer or third party.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. Customers must provide safe access, disclose known hazards, and use the station as intended.

Rental equipment does not by itself ensure compliance with workplace sanitation rules under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 or 1926.51, food requirements in Minnesota Rules Chapter 4626, or accessible-route and fixture requirements under the 2010 ADA Standards. The customer must check applicable local requirements, permits, and event approvals.

Wastewater must be handled through an approved sanitary sewer or hauler. Requirements may involve local authorities or agencies such as the Minnesota Department of Health, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, or the City of Ortonville. This section does not replace required permits or agency guidance.

Questions About These Rental Conditions

For questions about these terms, a quote, or an active rental, contact MN Toilet Pros at (844) 402-2049 or [email protected]. Written correspondence may be sent to 118 2nd St NW, Ortonville, MN 56278.

Include your name, service address, and order or quote details so we can identify the matter. These terms apply together with the accepted written quote or order; any specific written service terms control where they address the same subject differently.

We may revise these terms from time to time. For a new booking, the version provided with or linked to the applicable quote or order will govern unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

If a change affects an existing booking, we will communicate the update and explain whether it changes the agreed service. A revision does not automatically alter an existing order. Please contact us before relying on a term you believe has changed or is unclear.

Service Expert at MN Toilet Pros

I started this business after years of working around farms, events, and job sites near Ortonville, where reliable handwashing can be a challenge when there’s no plumbing nearby. Minnesota winters and long rural drives taught me to plan deliveries carefully and match each station to the site and season.
